1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Mamudem ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mamudem is a software platform for selling event tickets, managing attendees, processing check-ins at the door, and collecting payments. We are a software provider — we do not organize events or sell tickets on behalf of users.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Demo Accounts
All new accounts begin in Demo Mode with a fully featured demo event for evaluation purposes. Demo accounts cannot process real payments or send ticket emails to real attendees. To run a live event, you must purchase a plan. Your demo event remains accessible at no cost indefinitely.
5. Payments and Billing
Creating live events requires a one-time fee per event (or as otherwise indicated at the time of purchase). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are processed via Stripe. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.
6. Ticket Sales and Payment Processing
Online ticket sales are processed through your own connected Stripe account. All ticket revenue goes directly to you — Mamudem does not hold or transmit your ticket sale funds. You are solely responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and compliance with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Phone and SMS ticket orders are processed through our platform Stripe account under MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) approval. You are responsible for compliance with card network rules when enabling this feature.
7. Your Data and Attendee Information
You retain full ownership of your event data and attendee information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your attendees as required by applicable privacy laws.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, phishing, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
9. Service Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend exporting your attendee list before any major event as a precaution. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mamudem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or event disruptions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We recommend checking periodically.
